
These paper plate Olympic rings are the perfect arts and crafts project to do with your grandkids during the Olympic games! I love watching the Olympic games with my grandkids. It is so much fun to see all of the talent throughout the world. It really inspires my young ones in what they can do in the future. To see these amazing athletes do their craft is really just an amazing experience not just for my grandkids but also for me. So what a better way to get crafty this season of the winter Olympics then by making the Olympic rings out of paper plates!

CREATE THE OLYMPIC RINGS OUT OF PAPER PLATES WITH YOUR GRANDKIDS! HERE IS WHAT WE USED TO MAKE OURS:
- blue, yellow, black, green, and red craft paint
- paper plates
- glitter glue or loose glitter
- basic arts and crafts supplies
Paper Plate Olympic Rings – Step 1

The first thing you are going to do is cut a slit into the rim of all five paper plate. After that cut out the entire center of all the plates.

Then you are going to paint all of your plates the different colors of the Olympic rings and let them dry. Once they are dry go ahead and add glitter to all of them.

Finally, interlock all of the plates together through their slits and glue them in place in the back.
You now have some beautiful Olympic rings to hang around your home while you watch the Olympics. I hope you and your little ones loved making this craft as much as you love watch the Olympics!
