WE LOVED MAKING THIS PENGUIN FOOT PRINT KEEPSAKE! HERE IS WHAT WE USED TO MAKE IT:
- black, orange, and white paint (Note: Make sure you are using child safe, non toxic, washable paint, and be sure to check your child’s foot for any cuts or scratches before applying the paint.)
- paper
- 2 googly eyes
- basic arts and crafts supplies

Start this project by painting your child’s foot with black paint.

Then you are going to stamp their foot on the paper. Try and make sure they don’t move their foot around on the paper or else it will come out all smeared (I know this step is going to be a challenge for most little ones!).

Next you are going to paint on some black wings for your penguin. If you need to you can fill in the foot print if there are bare spots. The center will be painted white, so don’t worry about that area.

Once the black paint is dry, paint the center of the penguin with white paint to make the belly and face. After that paint on an orange beak.

Finally glue on two googly eyes.
You adorable foot print penguin is now finished and ready to be displayed throughout the year to remember when you small one was little!
